Initial Intake Consultation - 30 minutes | Complimentary This is the time for you to share your goals, what you are hoping to achieve with your consultant. We advise you to be prepared. Your papers and your notes should all be in hand. Do not waste this complimentary conversation. Your consultant will then share what they believe they can offer you. You may even be assigned a little bit of homework. Only viable mentees will be invited to take part in a consulting program.
Three (3) Sessions - 60 minutes each | $425 +hst Depending on your needs and what is determined during your intake consultation, three sessions may be just what you need. Session one and session two both include followup tools and handouts. Session three consists of reviews and conclusions to the work we have done together. Mentees leave with a checklist and the tools they need to get the job done. Three Sessions can be completed in as little as 4 weeks or as long as 3 months.
Six (6) Sessions - 60 minutes each | $695 +hst Your intake consultation may have determined your goals will require more time and resources, therefore six sessions may be right for you. Sessions one through five include a followup with tools and handouts. Session six consists of reviews and conclusions to the work we have done together. Mentees leave with a checklist and the tools they need to get the job done. Six sessions may be completed in as little as 8 weeks or as long as 6 months.
Itemized Options - hourly | $125 +hst Do you need guidance with one specific item? Sitting down with a consultant who has the experience and input you need will not only get the job done faster, it will also ensure you are putting a useful tool to work for you within your business. During your consultation it will be determined if whether or not your task is an itemized option. Please note followups and handouts are provided with an itemized option as the billing rate is hourly.
Your Ally Package - (12 sessions) Yearly | $1299 +hst Are you the owner of a salon or boutique location? Would you like a professional "on payroll" that knows your business, knows your goals and will keep you at top of mind each month? Educate your staff, review new government policies, following up on your marketing tactics...whatever your needs are, a monthly check in for that need can be arranged. Our most popular request is for Staff Meetings! So many of our salon and boutique owners prefer to have a professional brought in to deliver the "hard truths" to their staff. A person who can cut the crap and say what needs to be said. Delegate quarterly reviews and followups to your consultant. With a consultant who is personalized to your business, you get to remain the "nice guy" and have someone else deliver the facts. If you believe you need to fire a employee (maybe for the first time), a consultant can help you strategise the best manner in which to go about that as well.
